For over four decades now, BELATRON has been associated with advanced and pioneering charging technology.
BELATRON high-efficiency charging systems have an efficiency factor up to 96% and operate using a regulated charging curve in order to prevent overcharging and undercharging due to fluctuations in the mains supply voltage.

The charging units can be configured for use with both (E) PzS and (E) PzB as well as AGM traction batteries. All relevant charging characteristics are stored in the internal memory of the unit.
The high-frequency technology of the power unit allows the BELATRON high-efficiency charging systems to be installed in compact and functional wall-mounted casings. Higher capacity power units can be stationed in free-standing cases.
Tebetron
The new Tebetron generation works with a modern, efficient charging characteristic in which the gassing phase (necessary to fully charge the battery) has been optimised. This optimisation shortens the gassing phase and reduce the amount of gas produced. This saves electrical energy and reduces the amount of water consumed by the battery every time it is charged.
Reducing the amount of electrical energy required for charging not only reduces operating costs but also reduces CO2 emissions. Every kilowatt hour saved makes a contribution to climate protection.
Reduced water consumption extends the battery maintenance interval further minimising operating costs.
Tebetron chargers can be used for all PzS and PzS-B wet-cell batteries. The charging times range from 7.5 – 14 hours and are determined by the choice of rated current. These units are suitable for shift operation, i.e. for charging times of 7.5 – 9 hours.

MICRO SW2B SW4B SW6B
The Nuova Elettra Micro SW2B, SW4B, SW6B chargers provide the following benefits:
- The very high efficiency (more than 85%) compared to taper chargers, leads to a significant reduction of costs, because less energy is consumed for each charge.
- Reduced weight and volume.
- Blind side of the charger to avoid that objects eventually placed on top could obstruct the ventilation slots.
- Removable cap casing for checking the charger without removing it from the wall.
- Reduced charging time leads to reduced electricity bills, reduced water consumption, reduced battery maintenance and improved battery life.
- Recharge profile not influenced by power grid fluctuation or depth of discharge.
- Air flows horizontally.
- Electronic components are located away from the main air flow to prevent damage, corrosion and contamination.
- Temperature increases only 15° when charger is working @ max power: INCREASED LIFETIME.
QuiQ 1000
1000W Industrial Battery Charger
The QuiQ 1000 is a highly durable on- or off-board charging solution that operates on any single-phase grid worldwide with a 93% peak efficiency. The charger can store 10 lab-validated charge profiles for specific brands or amp-hour ranges of lead acid and lithium motive battery packs, to assist customers in achieving battery charging flexibility. Applications include aerial work platforms, floor care machines, lift trucks, motorcycles, scooters, and utility vehicles.
